Usage of tire Barometer
Align and press the notch at the measuring end of the tire Barometer with the tire Valve stem. At this time, the pointer of the tire Barometer deflects, and the indicated value is the inflation pressure of the tire, or the benchmark of the tire Barometer is pushed out under the pressure, and the value displayed on the benchmark is the inflation pressure of the tire.

How to observe the Barometer?
The Barometer on the vehicle is used to indicate the air pressure in the air reservoir of the air braking device. Barometer a) Double needle Barometer b) Single needle Barometer The indication range of Barometer is 0~10 × 100kPa. The pointer is within the red area of 490kPa, and it is prohibited for the car to start. The air pressure value during normal driving should be maintained between 686kPa and 882kPa.
The purpose and working principle of precision watches
Precision gauges are mainly used for calibrating general pressure gauges and can also be used for precise measurement of liquid gas pressure in vacuum. The working principle of a precision meter is to use elastic sensitive components (such as spring tubes) to generate elastic deformation under pressure. The magnitude of the deformation is linearly related to the applied pressure, and is amplified by a transmission mechanism. The pointer indicates the measured pressure on the dial. The elastic sensitive components of precision watches are generally of the spring tube type, but other forms of elastic sensitive components can also be used.
Structural principle of tire pressure gun
1. For models that use indirect tire pressure monitoring, there will be no display of tire pressure values, only an alarm prompt. To view tire pressure data, you can use an external tire pressure gauge for verification. Remove the tire valve cap, align the tire pressure gauge nozzle with the valve, and press firmly to display the tire pressure data; 2. Vehicles using a direct tire pressure monitoring system can view tire pressure data directly on the interior display screen; 3. For vehicles using a direct tire pressure monitoring system, when there is a low tire pressure or a tire pressure sensor malfunction, the problematic tire on the screen will flash, and two symbols marked on the dashboard will be used as assistance to remind the driver to check the tire pressure and temperature status.
Usage method of car tire pressure gun
Step 1: Install the battery on the instrument and turn it on. Step 2: Select the tire pressure measurement mode. Step 3: Align the measuring port of the instrument with the tire nozzle and press the instrument tightly for about 2 seconds. During this process, it is necessary to ensure good sealing between the measuring port and the tire nozzle, and no sound of gas leakage can be heard. Step 4: After the reading is stable, quickly remove the instrument from the tire nozzle and read the tire pressure value (the tire pressure value is only displayed for 15 seconds). Note: When measuring tire pressure, it needs to be done while the tires are cool, that is, the vehicle should be parked for ≥ 3 hours or driven at a slow speed for less than 1 mile.
Selection of pressure gauge types
Different types of pressure gauges should be selected for measuring different media and usage environments 1. For general media such as air, water, steam, oil, etc., ordinary pressure gauges can be used. 2. For special media, special pressure gauges are required, such as ammonia pressure gauges for ammonia; Pressure gauges for oxygen use; Pressure gauges for hydrogen gas; Acetylene pressure gauges and so on are used for acetylene.
Classification method for pressure gauges
Due to the different uses, working conditions, and environments of pressure gauges, they can be classified according to the following aspects. (1) According to different elastic components, it can be divided into: a. C-shaped spring tube pressure gauge: b. Spiral spring tube pressure gauge: c. Plate pressure gauge; d. Bellows pressure gauge.
Selection of Pressure Gauges (1)
1. Dial diameter The diameter of the dial is the shell diameter of the pressure gauge that we can default to. Generally, the commonly used ones are 50mm, 63mm, 100mm, 150mm 2. Shell material The shell materials of general pressure gauges include ABS (engineering plastic), carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, and copper alloy. We need to choose the shell of the pressure gauge based on the specific environment, usually using carbon steel and 304 stainless steel.
Selection of Pressure Gauges (2)
5. Liquid filling We have found in some environments with high mechanical vibrations that many pressure gauge dials are filled with liquid. In fact, the main function of these liquids is to increase resistance, effectively preventing the pointer of the pressure gauge from constantly vibrating, so that we can accurately read the pressure value. Usually used near pumps or in environments with severe vibrations.
What is the method of checking the tire pressure gauge
The way to view the tire pressure gauge is as follows: 1. There are two circles of the tire pressure gauge, one is the number of pounds per square inch in Imperial units, and the other is the number of kilograms per square centimeter; 2. You can tell how much pressure it is by looking at where the pointer is pointing. The hazards of high tire pressure include: 1. reducing the friction and adhesion of the tires, affecting the braking effect and tire life;
