Classification method for pressure gauges
Due to the different uses, working conditions, and environments of pressure gauges, they can be classified according to the following aspects.
(1) According to different elastic components, it can be divided into:
a. C-shaped spring tube pressure gauge:
b. Spiral spring tube pressure gauge:
c. Plate pressure gauge;
d. Bellows pressure gauge.
(2) According to the purpose of the instrument, it can be divided into:
a. General purpose pressure gauges such as general pressure gauges, oxygen pressure gauges, ammonia pressure gauges, electrical contact pressure gauges, etc;
b. Special purpose pressure gauges such as diaphragm pressure gauges, anti-corrosion pressure gauges, shockproof pressure gauges, capsule pressure gauges, etc.
(3) According to the measured pressure, it can be divided into:
a. The measuring range of the micro pressure gauge is below 10000Pa;
b. Low voltage meter measurement range: 10-600KPa;
c. Measurement range of medium pressure gauge: 0.6-10MPa;
d. High pressure meter measurement range: 10-600MPa;
e. Measurement range of ultra-high pressure gauge: greater than 600MPa.
According to the accuracy of the instrument, it can be divided into:
a. General pressure gauge - accuracy level 1, 1.6, 2.5, and 4.
b. Precision pressure gauge - with accuracy levels of 0.1, 0.16, 0.25, and 0.4.
(5) According to different installation methods of instruments, they can be divided into:
a. Threaded connection;
b. Disk mounted pressure gauge;
c. Flange connection;
d. Clamp type connection.
Summary:
Due to the different uses, working conditions, and environments of pressure gauges, they can be classified according to the following aspects. (1) According to different elastic components, it can be divided into: a. C-shaped spring tube pressure gauge: b. Spiral spring tube pressure gauge: c. Plate pressure gauge; d.
